Weatherguard Windows is an established wood window manufacturer located in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island.

At Weatherguard we recognize that windows and doors are more than just building materials, they make a statement of quality construction and pride of ownership.

Wood products are one of the most energy efficient materials an architect or designer can employ. The design, the range of colours, and finish is unparalled when compared to other window construction materials. It is for this reason that we use Douglas Fir and West Coast Cedars only. We do not use hemlock, pine or spruce in our windows and doors.

We believe it is our inherited responsibility to make sure we protect and renew our resources for generations to come. As we are in close proximity to many of the most advanced forestry operations in the world we are able to be extremely selective in the quality of the wood used in the manufacturing of our products.

We subject every door and window to a series of grading and quality control before being selected. All our wood is stored indoors, and is visually inspected to ensure the product meets the design specifications required.
